With this customer care bot, we learned that a dumb FAQ bot is simply not enough. After a cold reception of the first version, we redesigned the whole process and connected the bot with API’s to internal systems of CZC. As a result, today customers can solve everything from order status queries to cancellations of orders and solving complaints. Thereby we can declare 70% positive feedback.
