This document serves to provide information about the processing of personal data of the Client and Customers of the Client by the Service Provider in connection with the service provided for the purpose of automated electronic communication with Customers through the Chatbot application. The Service Provider hereby informs that it is the controller of the aforementioned personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 4(7) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and related applicable legislation.
The Service Provider processes personal data of the Client and Customers of the Client based on the performance of the agreement between the Service Provider and the Client, which arises from the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and confirmation of the Plan.
The Service Provider discloses personal data of the Client and Customers of the Client to third parties only to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service and fulfillment of its obligations, including providers of cloud services or other service providers involved in the operation of the Service. Third parties are processors of personal data of the Client and Customers of the Client and rely on the instructions of the Service Provider.
Personal data of the Client and Customers of the Client are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were processed. The Service Provider retains personal data of the Client and Customers of the Client for the duration of the Agreement and for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce legal claims.
The Service Provider makes every reasonable effort to ensure the security and protection of personal data of the Client and Customers of the Client. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to minimize the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of personal data. Access to personal data is limited to authorized employees of the Service Provider and other processors of personal data.
The Client has the right to access personal data concerning them, the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in relation to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider by emailing to bot@wingbot.ai.
The Customer of the Client exercises their right to access personal data concerning them, the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in relation to the processing of their personal data through the Client, who is the data controller.
The Client can contact the Service Provider through the contact details provided on the Service Provider's website in case of any inquiries, requests, or complaints related to the processing of personal data.
The Customer of the Client can contact the Service Provider through the Client.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change these Privacy Policy. The Client will be informed about the changes by the relevant notification and will have the right to terminate the service in accordance with the relevant provisions.
This privacy statement is part of the General Terms and Conditions and comes into effect from the moment of publication on the Service Provider's website wingbot.ai.
